Heiter in German means serene, and there is no doubt how this home got its name the Heiter House. It is the perfect setting and environment for relaxing in beautiful Sonoma Wine Country. With a perfect mix of modern yet homey décor coupled with the views of Sugarloaf, this house is bound to offer the perfect getaway for anyone who loves gorgeous views and enjoys being a bit removed from the hustle and bustle. However, although you feel like you have escaped to a secluded retreat, the house is located a short drive from some of the most famous Sonoma wineries. Some of which include: BR Cohn, Chateau St. Jean, Landmark, Ledson, Kaz, Kenwood, Kunde, Imagery, Mayo, St Francis, VJB and Arrowood.

While everything is easily accessible, you may never want to leave once you have arrived at Heiter House. You immediately feel the peace that is offered by being perched on top of a hill and gazing out over the breathtaking mountains. If you do make it out to explore Jack London State Park or any of the surrounding local wineries, when you return home you have a hot tub waiting for you that has the greatest views of the entire property. The house has been set up with entertaining and comfort in mind. You can dine inside and look out over the valley with the large bay windows in the front of the house or take it au naturale and dine on the picnic table under the beautiful Sonoma Sky.

There are 2 bedrooms with king beds that sleep in total 4 and two full baths. There is an open plan kitchen, a living and dining area.

The kitchen comes with all the necessary appliances (no dishwasher), and is complete with all the utensils, dishes, wine glasses, and cookware for whipping up a great meal to share in the spectacular setting.

The Heiter House is completely renovated with hardwood floors, custom high-end furnishings, and a beautiful streamline décor. It is a brilliant alternative for couples seeking privacy, friends sharing a vacation, or families who want to experience Wine Country in a more intimate and serene setting. Enjoy the Heiter House!
