mimar urban altea - Emblematic newly renovated residence located in a quiet part of the old town of Altea, within easy walking distance to all amenities such as beach, promenade and city center, close to the church square with its varied selection of great restaurants, bars and souvenir shops and shops.

A unique pearl with panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea.

The house has a total of six floors divided into two different units, sol and remedi with entrance from two street levels and with capacity from 4 to 10 people.

remedi -Three floors with a total of three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, big living room, dining room, kitchen, indoor patio and a nice little terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

In the lower part of this housing unit you have entrance hall.

In the middle there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and a French balcony and one with a double bed, a small sitting area with TV and two French balconies. Separate bathroom with shower and toilet.

On the upper level there is one bedroom with double bed and French balcony, separate bathroom with shower and toilet, indoor patio, modern well equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with satellite TV and a cozy little terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
