Completely refurbished, typical Mallorcan country house in Santa Maria, prepared for up to 8 guests.

This spectacular house is situated in the countryside of Mallorca and is ideal to disconnect and to relax during your holiday break. The outside area of this marvellous finca of 21.000m2 counts with a fabulous private salt pool of 9m x 4m, with a depth between 1-2m. Surrounding the pool, we find 8 sun loungers to sunbath or to slumber in the shade of the trees, as well as a table and chairs. On the porch, in front of the house, there is a lounge area, with a sofa and 2 arm chairs, as well as a dining table to prepare a tasty barbecue and have relaxed after dinner conversations. There is also a table tennis table. On the first floor, there is a huge terrace with another table, to enjoy long breakfasts in the morning sunshine. The terrain is fenced and you will enjoy total privacy.

The 250m2 house is lined typically with Mallorcan stone, wooden beams and wooden furniture on the outside, and the Mallorcan style continues on the inside, combining modern furniture with typical elements from the island. On the ground floor there is a spacious, luminous living- and dining room, with comfortable sofas, satellite television, air conditioning, a wood stove and a rustic dining table for 8. The independent kitchen works with a vitro hob and counts with all necessary utensils to prepare your favourite dishes during your stay. It has direct access to the porch. Two of the four bedrooms are situated on the ground floor: one of them counts with a double bed and the second bedroom counts with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is another bathroom on the ground floor, with a bathtub, for general use of the house. The other two bedrooms are situated on the first floor: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. All bedrooms count with a wardrobe and air conditioning. There is a third bathroom with a bathtub on this floor, for general use. The house counts with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On request, we can prepare a babybed and a high chair, without any additional cost.

The house is situated at 2,5km from Santa María del Camí, an area famous for it’s wine cellars. In the village you will find all basic services for your stay, as well as a wide range of restaurants to taste typical Mallorcan dishes. On Sundays, there is a big market on the village square, where you can find fresh fruit and vegetables. The nearest beach is Playa de Palma, at 15km. The house is situated at only 8km from the Tramuntana Mountain Range, wonderful for hiking and cycling. You might surely want to visit the romantic mountain villages like Orient, Bunyola, Sóller, Valldemossa or Deià.

The fireplace in the living room can not be used.
