The beautiful entrance hall leads into a light, spacious home with sweeping staircases spread over 4 floors, where the grandeur of its Georgian character meets the comfort of its contemporary design.

Each floor has been lovingly restored, with the ground floor offering a games room with pool table and Sky TV, and a boot room at the rear, where you’ll find plenty of space for storing watersports and golfing equipment, along with a drying area for any furry guests.

In the tradition of the Georgian style, the property’s living accommodation enjoys stunning views from the first floor, and French doors to a delightful south facing balcony on which to enjoy a coffee and croissant in the morning or gin and tonic in the evening bathed in sun.

“Fantastic house”

We had a perfect stay in Ramsgate. The house is in a fantastic location overlooking the marina, has 6 spacious bedrooms, including one huge room with an en suite, and theee brilliant reception rooms. We were 5 couples with 7 children between us but there was lots of space for adults and children alike, including the fun pool table/TV room downstairs. Ramsgate has some nice restaurants and bars and the beach and marina and national park were great for the kids. Richard was a great host and ensured we were ok all weekend. Thanks Richard!

“Great spacious house, all mod cons and central location”

We went as a group of ten (with babies) and we had a great time. House is spacious and has a great layout. Host was easy to deal with and got back quickly to any questions. Easy walk into centre and right opposite marina with great views.
