Sip your morning coffee on the east view balcony and watch the sunrise on the bay. Watch the boats sail up and down the waterway on their way to the Florida Keys and Tampa Bay. You’ll see dolphins and manatees right from your balcony. The heated pool and the Gulf of Mexico are on the west side of the condo. Stroll just 400 steps to sugary beaches where dolphins play daily. The prime location, near Cortez Bridge, is a highlight. Enjoy easy access to the mainland.
