This flint stone property is located in the village of Kelling in East Anglia and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Pebble Cottage is a traditional stone property in the village of Kelling on the North Norfolk Coast. This ground floor property has two bedrooms, one twin and one king-size double, sleeping four in total with one shower room. The cottage also has an open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room with an electric stove and a utility room. The property features a split-level garden with garden furniture and unspoilt views. Pebble Cottage is perfect for a family or a couple looking for ground floor accommodation, wishing to explore the stunning North Norfolk Coastline.
Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.
Amenities: Electric heating with electric stove. Electric oven with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV with Freeview DVD, Freeview box, CD, selection of books and games. WiFi is available. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and baby bath on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Garden with furniture, lawn and patio. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, cafe 2 mins walk. Bar and restaurant 2 minute drive. Note: There are six steps with a handraill from the gate to the back door. Note: The front door can be accessed by two steps via the courtyard. Note: There is a large grassed communal area for games etc. Note: The top of the Cottage garden is not suitable for young children to play as there is a 3ft drop from the flower bed down to the patio. Note: This property can not accept a Wednesday or Sunday check-in or departure. Note: Kelling beach does not allow swimming, the nearest are Sheringham (approx 5 miles) and Cromer.

Town: Kelling is a civil parish and village in the county of Norfolk. The village Holt is 3 miles and Cromer is 10.1 miles. Holt is an attractive Georgian market town approximately five miles from the North Norfolk coast. The town offers a vibrant centre with interesting shops, eateries and a labyrinth of narrow lanes and courtyards with flint and painted cottages.
