Appartamento (mq 180) con volte a stella tipiche salentine del 600 - arredo semplice in stile antico - 2 grandi camere matrimoniali - 1 camera con 2 letti singoli - 1 grande cucina - 1 salotto - 1 bagno con lavabo water bidè - 1 bagno con doccia lavabo e lavatrice - comoda corte esterna per pranzo / cena - cancello entrata privata con ampio spazio auto coperto - scoperto - grande piscina privata (oltre mq 100 - profondità mt 3) condivisa solo con altri eventuali ospiti - manutenuta igienicamente da ditta specializzata - orario piscina dalle ore 9 alle 19.00 - parco interno (mq 1.000) - parco esterno - aia circostante esterna del 600 -
La grande piscina nel parco interno è certamente un plus di servizio pienamente godibile, questa è attiva da Giugno a Settembre.
Il servizio di smaltimento dei rifiuti è gratuito compreso nel prezzo ed è svolto quotidianamente da una ditta incaricata.
Ubicato lungo la superstrada SS 101 Lecce > Gallipoli uscita Santa Barbara - Collemeto. Dista circa 15 minuti dal mare (Costa Jonica - Gallipoli - Porto Cesareo) e da Lecce. E' vicinissimo a centri d'arte come Nardò - Copertino – Galatina.
Altro da evidenziare :
Soggiornare a Villa OASI vuol dire poter fruire oltre che dell'alloggio anche
di un ampio parco interno ed esterno - piscina in comune (oltre mq 100 - profondità mt 3) - parcheggio auto coperto e non.
Un soggiorno ideale per famiglia o comitiva di amici.
