Newly built modern, elegant and minimalist-style fully furnished 2BR condo. Most spacious 2BR unit in the complex with both the sea and the city views! Perfect for families with kids, couples or business travelers. Fully functioning kitchen, flat-screen TVs, very near airport, connected to a mall, ideal for enjoying North Jakarta to the fullest. Many food choices in Bandar Jakarta or Muara Karang or PIK area. 30 minutes drive to airport, Mangga Dua, Dunia Fantasi, Ancol & Jakarta Old Town.

The unit is located in Green Bay Condominium, which is directly beside the sea (Java Sea). You can see the sea directly from the unit, from the swimming pool and from the mall. There is no view that is obstructed by any tall buildings, whether it's the sea view or the city view. You can see both the city and the sea with the city view available at night (the city view is more gorgeous at night than the sea view).

The unit is located on the 35th floor, with 38 floors total in the condominium. For this type of unit, though, it is already located on the highest floor because the other units in the 38th floor are different. So, this unit is actually on a penthouse floor.

The most spacious 2 BR unit in the condominium because it is located in the corner (about 10% larger than a normal 2BR unit at 82m2). Easily fits 4. It's also TWO TIMES bigger than the apartment units nearby.

The unit is in the same building as the mall, so it is very convenient for shopping, eating out, etc. (have easy access to cinema, table-tennis, paid fitness centre, cafes, etc.).

Around the complex there is a futuristic edgeless infinity pool, thematic children's playground, jogging track, botanical garden, etc.

The unit is professionally fully-furnished with a minimalist decor.

We have built-in plugs ready-to-use in the desk for when you need to use your laptop or other electronics. Very convenient.

The bed in the main bedroom is king-sized. Big enough for families to relax together in one room and luxurious enough for couples!

The listing for the ENTIRE HOUSE. It is not shared at all. All the rooms in the house will be private.

We also provide basic toiletries for our guests: towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. There are many more that we provide in the house like hangers, umbrella, etc. The kitchen is fully functional: we have a stove, microwave, rice-cooker and the standard cooking utensils.

As usual in Jakarta, all the rooms in the unit are air-conditioned.

We also provide cleaning services for a fee in addition to the standard cleaning before you check in. Please contact me if you require this extra service!

Connectivity:

30min-1hr away from the airport (depending on the traffic). Ideal to explore North Jakarta. 30 minutes away from Jakarta Old Town (Kota), Mangga Dua, Ancol, Dunia Fantasi & Sea World.

4 malls readily available (with 1 in the same building as the unit): Bay Walk Mall, Emporium Pluit (free shuttle bus), Pluit Village Mall & PIK Avenue.

Bandar Jakarta literally a few steps away (famous seafood restaurant in Jakarta) and other great foodie places include the nearby Muara Karang and PIK.

Two mangrove sites nearby if you're interested.

There is a bus way bus stop right in front of the mall. There is a 24-hour taxi stand, but I highly recommend GRAB car or UBER and you can get a fee ride for the first time using this code: kevinm17240ue

Please call me if there's anything unclear and I'll help you as much as I can. Preferably using WA. The house guide is printed for you and is placed in the coffee table in front of the TV in the living room. Also, if there are more than 4 people staying, it is possible for me to provide one additional basic mattress, but there will be additional charges per extra guest.
