appartement de 75 m2 + 23 m2 de terrasse devant la plage de Royan.
une déco très soignée conforme au style de Royan.
L'appartement se situe au 3ème étage avec ascenseur. Il a été rénové en 2015.

le logement :
salon et cuisine : grande pièce à vivre d'environ 35 m2.
Vue magnifique sur la mer. Très grandes et larges baies vitrées. Volets électriques.
La pièces est entourée d'une grande terrasse de 28 m2 où on peut se mettre à table. Pour l'ombre, store en tissu électrique + parasol sur le côté de la terrasse. Transats.
cuisine : meubles d'origine, cuisine allemande années 70. Lave-vaisselle, four, plaques vitro, four à micro-ondes.
salon : canapé d'angle convertible neuf pour 2 personnes, les autres meubles sont d'époque.
TV, internet wifi .
chambre tiki : chambre de 10m2. Lit 2 places, literie neuve, draps, alèses oreillers neufs, petit cabinet de toilette, baie vitrée sur la terrasse et la mer. Déco 50 Tiki.
chambre du parc : grande chambre de 15 m2. Lit 2 places, literie neuve, draps, alèses oreillers neufs. Déco pop. Grande baie donnant sur le Parc et ses pins.
Salle de Bain : rénovée il y a 3 ans. très confortable.
WC séparé.

“Amazing location”
We were lucky enough to spend almost two weeks at this fantastic apartment. It is very comfortable with everything you need. The highlight was the location, with beautiful views and incredible sunsets. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.
