Description

Set on the south side of the cliffs overlooking the cool Mediterranean sea, Villa Rosh is a tranquil getaway with ample room for 2 large families or one large group. A modern 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom property that boasts the most spectacular views that Javea has to offer. This villa is set out on two floors with the main entrance on the ground floor level. The entrance leads you into the property via the hallway and the main lounge, immediately the fantastic views out to sea are breathtaking and the high specification interior design and décor gives a chic modern feel. Off the main lounge then you have the dining area seating 6 and then leading to the fantastically well equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedroom on this level, the designer Master bedroom with king size bed with amazing vista´s from the 180 degree curved gable full length windows. The master bedroom also benefits from a large modern en-suite bathroom; the other 2 bedrooms are a king size and a twin sharing the large family bathroom. Leading from the living room up the stairs you enter the TV “snug” with bean bags and comfortable furnishings for a night in front of a movie. The villa has 2 flat-screen TVs with Spanish / French / and UK satellite channels available, open the windows and enjoy the sea breeze. Now with hi speed 100mb fibre optic.

A superb terrace on the lower floor has comfortable lounge seating and dining for 6. This lower floor also benefits from 3 bedrooms a king size with en-suite and sea views, a further double bedroom and twin are also available for guests to enjoy. A large open plan living room with kitchen and dining for 6 completes the interior plan. From the lower level is an exterior staircase leading to the amazing infinity pool and jacuzzi. The brick BBQ area features under a large covered terrace adjacent to the pool area. The Villa is situated close to Javea and only 10 minutes drive from any of the beautiful blue flag beaches, with everything the bars and nightlife in Javea have to offer. There is a short drive to La Barraca with its hidden gem of a restaurant serving classic Paellas and mouth watering seafood. The restaurants of Javea are within a short 10 minute drive and the tiny but perfectly formed beach at Ambolo is only 5 minutes away. The driveway with secure gates can accommodate 1 car and the night lighting creates the perfect atmosphere for lazy hot nights by the pool. The whole villa has air-conditioning throughout.

This villa is strictly no smoking with well behaved pets considered.

Linen and bath / hand towels provided free of charge.

Villa will be cleaned only between lets, however a full linen and towel changeover will be done weekly on request.

Golf: Within 10 minutes drive of the villa is Javea Golf Club situated between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is 20 minutes drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Both Javea and La Sella clubs have tennis and squash courts. Within an hour drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.

Other areas to explore: Javea is made up of three areas, the Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians. The port area with its fish market and promenade and the old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning. 10k from Javea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafes, bars and restaurants. The resort of Benidorm is only a 30 minutes drive away and close by is Terra Mitica, which is one of Europes largest theme parks. Visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square.

Javea Town: Javea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed Javea to be ‘environmentally near perfect’.
