This impressive and gracious holiday hacienda is set in delightful and picturesque grounds. Hidden away in your own quiet setting, just 3km from the vibrant city of Villena.

Casa Solariega has been recently renovated and is large enough to accommodate sizeable family gatherings and business conferences. Casa Solariega has been divided into 8 self contained apartments with extensive outside communal areas. This graciously proportioned holiday hacienda is tucked away in a rural setting just 3km from the pretty medieval city of Villena with views of Villena castle from the upper terraces.

Casa Solariega has 8 self contained apartments:

Valaquez has 2 bedrooms, a large family bedroom with a king size bed & a single bed plus a second bedroom with a double bed.

Serrano: a studio apartment with a double bed.

Alsina is one double bedroom.

Miro, the upstairs apartment with 2 double bedrooms, 1 of the bedrooms has its own balcony.

Picasso: 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles and the third is a large master suite including its own sitting area.

Dali: 2 bedrooms, 1 double & 1 single.

Oliva: 1 double bedroom.

Diaz: 1 double bedroom.

Each of the apartments has WiFi access points and satellite TV's with smart BluRay/DVD players.

Outside your facilities are extensive and offer all you need to enjoy the spectacular climate and enjoy outside living. There is a fabulous pool terrace with loungers and entertaining area for al fresco dining and barbecuing. Not forgetting the swimming pool, essential for a refreshing dip and cool down. There are large outdoor communal areas including large pool & terraces, outdoor kitchen, two BBQ areas & laundry room & upper terraces.

The historical city of Villena and surroundings contain an important group of historical remains, including two castles and several churches, hermitages, palaces and squares, as well as a number of museums. There are numerous restaurants and bars in Villena.

Alicante airport is only 60km by car. The fast train from Villena to the centre of Alicante only takes 35 minutes, and just two and a half hours to Madrid.
