This newly refurbished, modern duplex apartment with allocated parking is set within a pretty communal gated courtyard. The open plan living space has a modern fully equipped kitchen and dining/living area. The kitchen has an induction hob, fan oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There are two bedrooms, the kingsize is upstairs next to the bathroom and the single is downstairs.

“All round 5 Stars”

As new, all mod cons , clean like walking into a show flat. Your own parking space in the courtyard. Top of high st. Nice cafe 10yds away if you don't want to cook, and bakers shop 30 yds away. Next to a road but quite. Very good eateries in walking distance. Shower, best and easiest to operate I have come across , just push one button. On 2 floors but if your in the bedroom above the lounge you can not hear the TV below so good sound insolation. The owner was very helpful with info and recommendation which were spot on. We will book this next year if we get the chance. If you have difficulty with stairs this may not be for you.
