Are you tired of looking at the same 4 walls during the “stay at home” orders? Come visit our newly rebuilt house and watch the world go by outside with stunning views of the blue Pacific and Mission Bay, San Diego. You'll be 2 blocks from Mission Bay, 5 minutes from Mission Beach, 5 minutes from La Jolla, 10 minutes from Downtown San Diego, 15 minutes from Del Mar and 15 minutes from Balboa Park and San Diego Zoo!

No worries about the virus! We professionally sanitize after each guest and go a step further by maintaining vacancy at least 72 hours between bookings.

Some of the features of the house are:

- Amazing views of Mission Bay and the Ocean from every room in the house.

- Brand new kitchen with new G/E stainless steel appliances, new cherry wood cabinets, gorgeous granite countertops and beautiful porcelain tile.

- Two big decks - one off living room and one off upstairs Master Bedroom. Both decks have amazing views of Mission Bay and the ocean.

- 3 Bedrooms each with its own bathroom and big walk-in closets.

- The Master Bathroom is amazing with Honey Onyx tile throughout and beautiful medallion in the center.

- Great view of the Sea World fireworks at night.

- Two fireplaces: one downstairs in living room and the other in master Bedroom.

Pets are allowed but must be kept downstairs or in the side yard (there is a gated side yard area). Upstairs is white carpet so not pets are allowed upstairs.

No red wine is to be taken upstairs due to white carpet.

No big parties are to be thrown. Maximum capacity at any time should be 15 people.

No smoking anywhere in the house please.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
