Response from the owner Grazie per la recensione, se corredate di dettaglio come questa, sono sempre preziose e costruttive per migliorare. Ci tengo solo a precisare alcuni dettagli riguardo alle lamentele sui servizi non offerti e alle notti insonni, che ci creano un dispiacere enorme poiché ci teniamo sempre con il cuore che i nostri ospiti si trovino bene. Come detto a suo marito durante il soggiorno essendo un'attività familiare e non un albergo, i servizi offerti sono ovviamente diversi così, cosi come il prezzo pagato, sensibilmente inferiore. Che l'aria condizionata non è presente in stanza è un dato ben indicato nell'annuncio ed è possibile valutarlo prima di prenotare e il prezzo inferiore a qualsiasi altra struttura in zona è anche e sopratutto dovuto a questa assenza. Il condizionatore portatile che abbiamo lasciato in stanza è un accessorio in più che abbiamo fornito "In emergenza" visto il caldo eccessivo durante i giorni della vostra permanenza. Lasciarlo a disposizione voleva essere un occhio di riguardo nei confronti degli ospiti. Stesso discorso vale per pulizie/biancheria e fornitura di acqua da bere, come avevo detto a suo marito se c'era necessità bastava chiedere (così come avete fatto per acqua e per asciugamani). Purtroppo non essendo un albergo ma un B&B (che per definizione è una attività extra lavorativa e saltuaria) non possiamo offrire tutti i servizi a cui si è abituati in albergo, ma facciamo di tutto per dare tutto ciò che possiamo, basta chiedere :) Grazie e faremo il possibile per migliorare! Buon proseguimento
