Nel tranquillo Recinto dell’Annunziata Vecchia, adiacente alla Cattedrale, vi attende tipico e accogliente appartamento con volta in tufo, pavimento in cotto e con tre splendide finestre - cartoline sui Sassi.
E' romantico per una coppia, ma risulta comodo anche per un gruppo di persone o famiglia.
La camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno e la zona studio sono posti sul livello superiore. La zona living (con ampio divano letto matrimoniale), il soggiorno (con altro divano letto singolo) e l'altro bagno sono posti a piano terra.
E' in posizione strategica per potersi ritemprare ed essere pronti nuovamente e velocemente a ripartire per la visita della splendida Matera. Raggiungerete facilmente tutte le direzioni percorrendo i vari itinerari turistici (Sasso Barisano, Sasso Caveoso, Ipogei del Palomabaro Lungo in Piazza Vittorio Veneto, Musma, Casa Noha, Casa di Ortega, Museo Ridola, ecc).
