Description

Lovely one bedroom apartment in small resort community just off the main beach road in Diani Beach. Swimming pool just outside the door. Beach is short stroll directly across the road and down a public beach access path. Within walking distance to great restaurants and resorts. Golf course next door. Queen bed in master (en-suite), Double bed and two Swahili style sofa beds in large sitting room. Full guest bath. Bedroom and sitting room equipped with Air Conditioning. Kitchen fully furnished.

The apartment is ideal for one couple. However, because there are two sofa beds and a double bed with mosquito net in the sitting room, the place can also work well for parents with one or two children.

We'll do everything we can to make your stay enjoyable and stress free.

The apartment is managed by an agent - Evelyn. She will help to arrange things for you on-site, show you around, etc.

The housekeeper comes to clean twice a week and can do some laundry as well (for a small extra fee). If you need her more often for housekeeping duties, that can be arranged for a reasonable daily rate (around 500 shillings per day).

The house is equipped with AC units in the sitting room and the master bedroom. It is best to close all the windows and doors within the apartment (kitchen and bathrooms doors) to make the sitting room unit function as efficiently as possible.

The kitchen has a fridge and gas cooker, as well as pots, pans, and other basic utensils.

The electricity is pre-paid and the tokens are not included with the rental rate, as the amount of electrictiy varies widely depending on how much a guest likes to use the AC units. If the AC units are used sparingly, the power consumption can be very low cost. For short stays of less than 3 days, you will probably not need to purchase any since there I keep some credits on the system. The token can be purchased a variety of ways and the token numbers are entered into a meter box in the property. Myself, Evelyn, and the security guards can all provide guidance in obtaining the power company tokens.

Both showers are supplied with hot water from a tank at the back of the building and the heater tank switch can be found on the kitchen wall near the back door. Towels are also provided and can be found in the master closet, but we do not have many, so you may want to bring extras depending on the number of guests in your party.

We really enjoyed the place it is so serene,peacefup&clean just what we were looking for. The owner is very honest&understanding. The staff too were helpful. Would recommend this place highly. Will definitely visit again.
