The complex offers a secured lobby with elevator, second floor community room, heated pool with privacy fence, and community grill. You will enjoy a generous selection of beachfront lounge chairs and seating, which provide the perfect setting for sunbathing and relaxing in the Florida sun. All of these incredible community amenities are for use by Shamron Beach residents & renters only.

Beach and nature lovers alike will adore this 5th floor condo with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Between the condo complex and the Gulf lies the Little Estero Island Critical Wildlife Area, where you may catch sightings of nesting Sea Turtles, Snowy Plovers, Wilson Plovers, and Black Skimmers - just to name a few of the wildlife found in your own backyard! Just south of Shamron Beach is the bridge to the acclaimed Lovers' Key State Beach Recreational Park Preserve...Ranked in the top 10 Florida Beaches by Travel Channel. Perfect nature hiking, and canoe and kayak rentals!

Whether nature watching, shelling, swimming, fishing, snorkeling, strolling the shore, or choosing to lounge poolside, you will be grateful you found this hidden gem on the Southwest Florida Gulf Coast!

When you aren't at the beach, you are within walking distance of local restaurants, shopping, and boat/water sport rentals. Within a few minutes drive or trolley ride you can also visit the popular Times Square and the iconic Pier, which is the cultural heart of Fort Myers Beach, or head south off the island to Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples. In addition to the vast array of restaurants to suit everyone's taste, there is a full grocery store on island for your convenience and 2 supercenter grocery stores a short drive off-island.

Take the Island's Beach Trolley streetside (runs till 9pm) to wherever you wish to explore on the island, to include family amusements, movie cinema, day or sunset cruises, fishing charters, numerous restaurants, happy hours and entertainment venues. Don't forget the day ferry excursions to Key West, and travels to the Everglades!

This 5th floor unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and sleeps 4. The screened enclosed balcony, furnished for outdoor dining, is accessible from the living room and master bedroom looks directly over the Gulf, so you will never miss a sunset during your stay at Shamron Beach.

This unit has a full kitchen with a pass through to the dining area, and open to the living room. The living room is comfortably furnished, a large screen Cable TV and DVD. A sliding door opens onto the enclosed screen balcony. Split bedroom floor plan offers privacy between the spacious master bedroom and the guest bedrooms. Wifi included throughout the condo.

Comfortable and well-equipped, you will find additional amenities such as washer/dryer, ironing board/iron, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, books, games and puzzles; all designed to make your stay convenient, relaxing, and full of many unforgettable memories.

This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport.
