The floor to ceiling windows make maximum use of light and offer spectacular views over the sparkling waters of the Mediterranean sea and the historic walls of the old town Dubrovnik, also over the Island of Lokrum and the top of the Srd hill with Cable Car.

On the ground floor is large fully equipped kitchen, dining room where guest will enjoy traditional food, two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room with access to a terrace with a dining table for 10 people and a swing for rest. First floor has spacious Master bedroom with a large mirrored closet and En-suite bathroom, two bedrooms and one bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Each bedroom has access to a terrace with lounge area with outdoor furniture suitable for 12 persons. This stunning terace overlooking the Adriatic sea, beautiful island Lokrum and historic old city walls will impress all romantic souls. In front of the villa there are private swimming pool with jacuzzi, sun loungers and lounge area with outdoor furniture suitable for 10 persons.

“Wonderful villa in a great location”
The villa was perfect for our group of 10 and Dubrovnik was ideal for our teenage kids and their friends, to go out at night in a fun, relaxed and safe town. The villa is ideal for a group, with multiple places to relax without feeling on top of one another. The kids enjoyed jumping off the Rixos wall into the sea and Antonella provided us some wonderful restaurant recommendations (which need booking well in advance). Loads to do and see, we would highly recommend both the villa and location.
