Description
Casa Emilia is a luxury detached villa set in landscaped gardens.
On the lower level of the villa there is a double bedroom with full bathroom en suite, one a double bedroom with shower en suite and two
further bedrooms which share a family shower room. There is also a fully fitted American style kitchen and lounge/dinning room.
The upper level of the villa is set out fairly similar to the lower. Both are the same size as each other and have the same number of bedrooms and bedroom types (One double with full en suite, one double with shower en suite, now twin with shower en suite and two further bedrooms which share a bathroom). The upper section also has a fully fitted American style kitchen and lounge/dinning room.
In each lounge there is sky tv and internet. Both kitchens are fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher. There is a washing machine situated on the lower level for everyone to use if needed.
As the pictures show, the outside of the villa is very spacious. The swimming pool is T shaped, with one side of the T incorporating Roman style steps into the pool for easy access and the other side offering an integrated spa, this is a very rare feature and thus adds to the element of luxury that Casa Emilia offers.
The villl also has an outside entreatment area which includes a pool table, football table, tennis table and gym!
The pool is surrounded on all sides by a large patio area which is set in a large landscaped garden which includes a grassed children play area, numerous palm trees and a whole variety of Mediterranean plants. This allows guests the freedom to lounge around the pool side in very spacious and tranquil surroundings. Again this is a luxury not found amongst the majority of villas in the area.
To complement the spacious Mediterranean garden there is a large gazebo at one end of the swimming pool. This is perfect for sampling the al fresco style of eating that Spain’s climate allows and coupled with the barbeque house situated close by (which contains a large barbeque, fridge, outside hob, serving area etc) many guests may find that they never use either of the insides kitchens at all during their entire stay!

“Fabulous villa and facilities. Bit dated in places. Outside was superb though”
What a brilliant villa from start to finish! Excellent communication from the villa owner and a minor problem sorted immediately upon arrival. We were a party of 8 adults one one child and the accommodation, split into two apartments, worked brilliantly for us. Lots of extra facilities I wasn’t expecting and lots of space inside and out. If I had to criticise anything I would say the bathrooms are a bit dated and a shower curtain rather than a screen in this day and age seems a bit short sighted..would it stop me from returning? No..not at all but I would be happier if their bathrooms were updated. Outside was amazing and the addition of the hot tub was a bonus. Lots of chairs and seating and three large fridges.. all extremely useful. Thank you for a great stay.

“Superb”
Arguably the best villa you could imagine. Owners are very responsive and a joy to deal with. This villa itself is lovely but we hardly spent a minute inside as the outside is perfect. Loads of space, outdoor kitchen, bbq and bar area. 5 families: 10 adults and 6 toddlers and it didn’t feel cramp at all. We cooked and ate outside the whole time which was great. Pool heating a must in early May for kids. The area is great, not like classic Spain at all and the villa is minutes from everything you could need. Can’t recommend enough
