Hale Maluhia Maikai is a luxurious greenbelt property in Regency Villas at Poipu Kai with central air conditioning on the sunny south shore of Kauai. Spacious and bright with two stories and an open loft with vaulted ceilings. Interior design by local designer Sara Lambson, who incorporated the owners individual taste to give them a unique Hawaiian home.

“Being busy professionals, we wanted a true escape from our day to day busy lives…..a place that was an extension of our home…a place that is warm and inviting. When we custom decorated our condominium, we did just that……….the island flare with a touch of home. We wanted to feel at home and we want our guests to feel at home also…..a place to make memories. I personally love to sit on the front lanai and have my morning coffee…..I listen to the birds chirping and feel the gentle island breeze of the palm trees swaying….and I let all things clear from my mind. I find myself out on the lanai reading, relaxing, eating……enjoying life.” (Yvonne/owner)

Primary bedroom on the main level with a private lanai, large walk in closet and ensuite bath with double sinks, jacuzzi tub and walk in shower with dual shower heads. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds (can be converted to king bed with advanced request), and common bathroom are also on the main floor. Third bedroom is upstairs as large loft area with king size bed and private full bathroom. The kitchen has custom cabinetry, granite counters, SubZero refrigerator and stainless steel appliances. Equipped with indoor washer/dryer for your convenience.

PLAN ACCORDINGLY: We are not able to grant early check-ins and/or later check-outs in advance. Should you need to guarantee additional time in the unit, we do suggest booking the additional night to accommodate this.

We are committed to clean - this unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for every guest arrival. For stays longer than 20 days this unit requires an additional mid stay cleaning.

We recommend soaking in the sun and enjoying the beautiful outdoors that Kaua'i has to offer. But if you need to stay connected, free wireless internet is provided.

For your convenience, we provide some beach gear for your use: beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler, and beach towels.

We also provide a starter supply of amenities and toiletries (soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, detergents).

This popular Regency Villas vacation rental is perfectly located in Poipu Kai Resort with access to the Poipu Kai pool/hot tub and tennis courts, surrounded with tropical landscaping and scenic greenbelt pathway. Shipwreck beach (5 min walk), enjoy boogie boarding at a nearby Brennecke's Beach (8 min. walk), go snorkeling with lifeguards on duty at Poipu Beach Park (10 min.) or take surf lessons at Sheraton Beach (15 min.). Walk to the Grand Hyatt Resort (5 min walk). Treat yourself to a massage at the Anara Spa or play golf at the nearby Poipu Bay Golf Club (one of Tiger Woods' favorites) - all of this within walking distance.
