Quietly rural Provençal villa, yet a few minutes from the center of Bagnols en Forêt with its many restaurants and weekly market. The sandy beaches of Fréjus and Saint Raphael are 21 km from the villa, and are even easily reached during the high season. In the villa itself you have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor, and on the 1st floor is a bedroom with air conditioning and ensuite bathroom and terrace. There is also an independent apartment with a double bed, bathroom and kitchen. The villa is tastefully and comfortably furnished, and in the kitchen you will do everything for preparing a delicious meal if you do not want to barbecue. In the garden of 3300m2 you will find the large 10 x 7 meter swimming pool. There is plenty of room for parking on site.
