Description

The apartment, with an area of 80 sq. meters, lies on the semi-basement of a two storey house with parking and yard. It faces to south-east and it consists of 2 bedrooms and an open plan living-room and kitchen.

There is access to the yard of the building and to a parking spot.

The apartment is fully equipped and comfortable, suitable for easy and peaceful stay.

The house location is in the east side of the city, in a residential area, without parking problems.

The nearest swimming beach is about 3,5 km away. -

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and window. -

One bedroom has a double bed 1,50 x 2.00 m. The other bedroom has two single beds.

- There are wardrobes and other furniture in both of the rooms.

- There is a dining table, sufficient for 4 people in the living room.

- The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, electric kettle, coffeemaker and dishes, saucepans, cutlery etc.

- An iron and an ironing board are provided.

- A hair dryer also.

- There is a 32-inch flat TV in the living-room.

- Windows are covered with screens for protection against insects.

- There is a small covered terrace with outdoor furniture.

- Linens, blankets and towels are provided.

- There is a parking place within the yard.

- The house is cool in summer and warm in winter.

-Central autonomous heating with radiators, is available from 1 November. until April 30 which is not included in the price of the room. It is counted with a meter.

The apartment is easily accessible by bus from Alexandroupolis center. There is a bus stop at a small distance from the apartment (about 100 m.). There is direct access to the airport, as the distance from it is 5 km and the time you need is 8 minutes.

The distance from the railway station is 1,1 Km and from the port is 1,3 Km.

We will provide you all the necessary instructions to arrive at home, regardless of the way you come.

The neighborhood is a peaceful and safe residential area, in the east part of the city.

The house lies at a close distance from the main road that access Alexandroupolis from the East.

Within a walking distance there are supermarkets, banks, bakery and yother shops.

The city center is about 1 km away and provides shops, bakery, pharmacy, banks, several bars, cafes, restaurants and nightlife.

There is a bus stop, at a small distance from the apartment (about 100 m.), from which the city center is accessible.

The distance from the airport is 5 km and the needed time 8 min, approximately.

The distance from the railway station is 1,1 Km and from the port is 1,3 Km.

When the guests are 2, they can select which of the two bedrooms they like to use, but the other bedroom will be kept locked during their stay.

If they like to use both bedrooms, they will be charged for a third person.

-Raise the switch with the indication “WATER HEATER”, on the right of the bathroom's door. It will take 15 -30 min. for the water to be ready. Please, don’t forget to lower the switch when the water is hot.
- Please empty all the rubbish when you go.
-Please respect the quite hours.
