The apartment is 4 km from Giulianova lido beach and 2 km from the Mosciano Sant'Angelo motorway exit. The apartment is only 50 m from the highway 80 where there is a supermarket, newsagent, tobacconist, post office, ATM, bus stop for the sea. The apartment is located in a quiet area, surrounded by greenery, with a shared garden. The solution of 50 square meters is composed of: -comfortable living room with kitchenette -double bedroom -bathroom-inside parking The apartment is equipped with everything, including crockery, air conditioning and dishwasher. This is the ideal solution for those who want to spend their holidays by the sea without renouncing tranquility, silence and relaxation. If you want to take a different holiday, you like the sea but try to relax away from the chaos of the city but just minutes from the sea, book!
