Description
I rent a nice holiday apartment in Silvi marina and in particular in Silville, a quiet residential village on the side of the Piomba river. My holiday home is located on the first floor of a small villa and is composed as follows: you enter and you find yourself in the living room / dining room with an adjoining balcony that also runs along the master bedroom where you can see the reed of the river Piomba and the sea. From the living room, which also houses 1 sofa bed, you can access the kitchen from one side of the room and a covered balcony, and from the other side to the sleeping area where we have the double bedroom on the left that looks like the living room on the aforementioned balcony overlooking the river Piomba and the sea, and the second single bedroom where there is a small bedroom also equipped with a balcony overlooking the entrance of the structure, to the right there are two bathrooms, one complete with window and one second of service. In total there are 4 beds in the house. The apartment was recently completely renovated inside and outside as indeed the entire structure and in addition to being furnished is fully equipped with 2 TVs, washing machine, 2 sofas, oven, etc ... In addition, the house has a private reserved parking space with automatic gate activated by remote control or key. Silville is surrounded by greenery and facing the sea, which is 150 meters from home, it is therefore a very quiet and relaxing place, especially for families with children and the elderly who want to experience the sea in a private environment. A few minutes walk there is Silvi marina and a few minutes drive are Montesilvano, Pescara, and the beautiful historic villages of Città sant'angelo and Atri, if you want to venture inside there are Chieti on one side, Teramo on the other, and the beautiful Maiella and Gransasso mountains which offer unforgettable excursions and views. Not far from the house there are an establishment, and all the basic shops such as butcher's, hairdresser's, bars, some supermarkets, restaurants and post offices. PS I do not provide linen (sheets, towels).
