Patio doors from lounge lead out to fully enclosed private rear garden with patio table and chairs, with BBQ provided.

“Poor rental experience”
Lovely area to stay but we didn't have the best experience in this property. Arrived to find it very dirty. We spent the first day cleaning and going out to buy new duvets and the ones there were not fit for use (brown stains). The owner had arranged for the boiler to be replaced while we were there for the week. When we asked for it to be rescheduled as we would need water for showers after the beach the engineer turned up anyway and tried to bully his way in... After being told politely that the owner had agreed to reschedule he said he had to install it today and started shouting at my husband that he had spoken to the owner but agree that he would come on anyway and try to pressure us into accepting. It was a really upsetting experience. No word from the owner following this to apologise.

“Holiday letting review”
This holiday letting was very reasonably priced however we were disappointed with a few things. Unfortunately the house was not clean when we arrived. There was obvious debris on the window sills and floors and the bathrooms were particularly bad. One of the adults in our group had to spend the first day cleaning all the rooms in the house. The duvets provided were very stained. During our stay the owner wanted to get a new oil burner installed. We requested that this be rescheduled so as not to interrupt our visit. Despite this the engineer turned up anyway and was rude to us before reluctantly leaving. There is no dishwasher in the property and the DVD player does not work properly with the picture being in various shades of ‘green’ only.

Had a great week in portstewart,the house we stayed in was perfect for us,excellent facilities and only 10 minute walk too promenade.Would certainly book it again.

Had an amazing stay here, house is great location walking distance from the beach and promenade. House is well equipped especially the kitchen and the wifi works great. Would definitely recommend
