Porzione di casa situata in freschi e arieggiati locali. Tutte le aperture finestrate sono dotate di sbarre protettive e di efficienti zanzariere, per poter arieggiare i locali in qualsiasi ora, del giorno e della notte. Anche la porta d'ingresso è dotata di porta con rete anti insetti. L'APPARTAMENTO è DOTATO DI IMPIANTO D'ALLARME. L'ambiente, ristrutturato di recente, è ARREDATO FINEMENTE, con mobili nuovi. E' ideale per la coppia; consigliato alla famiglia con 2 o 3 figli (c'e lo spazio e la possibilità per ospitare fino a 5 persone) o per amici/amiche che non hanno difficoltà a condividere gli spazi. Si compone di un SOGGIORNO con ZONA PRANZO e ANGOLO COTTURA. La CUCINA è con ante in rovere, rifinita in color crema. Il TAVOLO, rettangolare, può accomodare fino a 6 persone ed è servito da un capiente CONTROMOBILE. Le SEDIE sono rifinite in similpelle color moka. Il grande DIVANO, rosso, del soggiorno è trasformabile in comodo letto a due piazze ed è servito da ARMADIO a muro esclusivo, INDISPENSABILE per il vestiario e, anche, per riporre il bagaglio in modo ordinato. La confortevole e raffinata STANZA da LETTO MATRIMONIALE è arredata con elegante letto in ferro battuto, rifinito con laccatura color crema e oro; ha la testiera imbottita e rifinita in eco-pelle. Il grande ed elegante pouf, rosso, all'occorrenza, è trasformabile in comodo letto. L'elegante e capiente ARMADIO, a due ante, è laccato color avorio. Completano l'arredamento due COMODINI 'SHABBY' e due fini abat jour. Il bagno è grande, completo di tutti gli accessori e con un box doccia ampio e confortevole. Completano il bagno: un elegante mobiletto in legno, con 6 cassetti in legno e vimini, ingentiliti con stoffa, per riporre i propri effetti da bagno. Un ulteriore, comodo, spazio per riporre oggetti è collocato sotto il lavabo. L'appartamento, nella zona giorno è dotato di: frigo, forno e piano cottura con cappa aspirante. Le pareti sono vivacizzate da freschi colori e allietate da stampe e quadri. Nella camera da letto è collocato un utile ROUTER per il collegamento WI-FI di dispositivi elettronici (smarthfone - tablet - hi fone). C'è la possibilità di collegamento ad internet per PC portatile, se necessario, anche con cavo ethernet fornito dalla casa. Non ci sarà nessuna 'disperata' ricerca del PARCHEGGIO per l'AUTO, come capita nelle città affollate di turisti; GLI OSPITI USUFRUIRANNO DI POSTO AUTO in zona vicina all'ingresso.
