Access to garage/Utility Room/washing machine. 1st Floor: Main lounge/dining/kitchen with all white goods including dishwasher, fridge/freezer & WC. 2nd Floor: Bedroom with Ensuite and one twin room & bathroom
Old Church Court Portstewart - Two parking spaces available & can walk to Portstewart's cliff walk, beach, promenade and harbour in just a few minutes. There are a range of shops and cafes along the promenade. There are larger supermarkets on the outskirts of the town. The North coast has an abundance of restaurants/cafes with Amici,Harrys Shack, Bob & Berts, 3 Kings to name but a few. Golf - Portstewart are a few minutes by car - Royal Portrush (Dunluce and the Valley) are 10 minutes by car.

“Lovely house in great location”
We loved the space, facilities & location of this house. It is an easy walk to the promenade & also to the beautiful seafront walk leading to the beach. We cant wait to return.

“Great quiet location; superb, spacious, spotless town house; beautifully furnished and well equiped.”
As advertised, 3 minute walk out from courtyard and down to promenade and the sea. A delightfully airy, sunny town house. Relaxing to be in. Comfortable beds, fully equiped, sea view from upper bedroom window. 4 toilets, 2 showers and a bath - amazing! Garden to hang out washing. Garage access available for which we very grateful as we had 5 puntures between us. Enjoyed our bike runs on the many cycle paths. Incredible stretches of sand, Great walks.Very friendly locals. Tasty fish and chips. No Negatives.highly recommended. We have self-catered for over 40 years and this house is up at the very top. Our thanks to the owner Elizabeth, who was very helpful at every stage of our holiday. As we are often in NI, we hope to holiday in this house again and visit the fabulous north coast. We arrived tired and returned to Scotland refreshed. To Elizabeth, thank you..
