Description
The 2-storey house is part of a small rustic resort on a small hill, 200 meters from the beach of San Juan del Sur and 350m from the city center and has a splendid view of the San Juan Bay.
The total living space is approximately 80m2, including the 2nd floor deck. The ground floor is divided by means of sliding doors between the master bedroom and the kitchen area. On this floor are also the bathroom and an outside terrace.
On the second floor are a small bedroom, a TV corner with cable TV and a 20m2 balcony with views of the beaches and bay of San Juan del Sur.
Typical Nicaraguan rocking chairs and hammocks are part of the furniture.; 110/220 V, cable TV and Wi Fi is available. Infront of the house is an open area where you can do your exercises or BBQ.
The resort is called Cabañas LoboLira and consists of 8 cabins/apartments built in different styles on a lot of about 1 acre, with a large garden full of (fruit) trees, terraces, BBQ sites and beautiful views of the SJ-Bay and the Pacific.
The house is at the back of the property, overlooking the SJ-Bay. You do have to walk a path with some 30 stairs, but this small exertion is compensated amply by the view. During the day and night the caretaker family is mostly present. They receive the guests, clean the houses, manage the garden, maintain the garden and help you out. We have private parking space on the property.
Besides staying for short vacation periods, this house is ideal for extended periods.
Relatively quiet, yet only 350 m from the restaurant area and centre!

- Do not leave food outside the fridge, as the ants have a good system to
discover it.
- Guests are advised to bring a good flashlight in case there is no electricity
in the evening. We do not have a backup generator.
