Casa con ubicación única, vistas espectaculares del mar y Formentera, esta dentro del parque natural protegido de Ses Salines, sin vecinos, sin embargo NO es una casa aislada. La playa SA CALETA esta a solo 3 minutos caminando.
Espléndida villa a 400m de la playa más cercana, espectacular vista al mar, Formentera y Las Salinas, situada en el campo y rodeada de árboles, completamente vallada con puerta automática.
Una villa increíble, situada en lo alto de un acantilado con impresionantes vistas al mar y Formentera al fondo, podrá disfrutar de un ambiente relajado y tranquilo, pero aún así a 15 min en coche de la amplia oferta de restaurantes, bares y servicios de la ciudad de Ibiza. A tan solo 3 min. en coche se encuentra la playa de "Cala Jondal" y a 8 min. andando el poblado fenicio de Sa Caleta, uno de los primeros asentamientos de las islas. La villa, que puede alojar hasta 8 personas, dispone de 4 dormitorios (1 suite con cama de matrimonio, 2 dormitorios con cama de matrimonio, 1 con dos camas individuales) y 4 baños, una luminosa cocina equipada, un salón con TV de pantalla plana vía satélite y DVD, y otro salón que da a la zona de la piscina y al mar por detrás. También un salón con un bar para tomar una copa, barbacoa en el jardín, terrazas, A/C, Wifi, sistema de alarma, piscina con tumbonas y sombrillas. La villa tiene varias terrazas con muebles de exterior para estar a la sombra y al sol como sofás, sillones, mesas, tumbonas, sombrillas, un pequeño chill-out, bancos... Hay una zona de comedor cubierta además de la barbacoa (esta con barra, y un pequeño fregadero). La piscina privada es de 10 X 5 m con vistas al mar, y tiene una ducha exterior de teka para refrescarse en los días calurosos. Jardín con árboles frutales donde podrá pasear, también podrá dar un paseo por el bosque que rodea la villa sin coches, sin ruidos y descubrir la encantadora zona del Parque Natural de las Salinas. La villa está dividida en dos casas: una de ellas aloja a los clientes, y la otra puede alojar al servicio doméstico que puedan tener. O también una puede ser para nuestros huéspedes y la otra para los amigos invitados, manteniendo la privacidad cada uno. También se dispone de caja fuerte.
