Description
The apartment is on the second (top) floor of the front building at Boka Heights, in an elevated position about 300m from the waterfront at Dobrota. You can enjoy spectacular views from the private terrace, from the Living Room and from the Bedroom - wake up to the view without getting out of bed! Boka Heights comprises 4 buildings with landscaping, walkways, stairways and a pool area designed to benefit from the view over the Fjord. There is private parking immediately in front of the apartments.
A few minutes walk takes you to the waterfront, with numerous places for fishing and swimming from stone ‘pontas’. A walk along the side of the Fjord takes you all the way from Dobrota to Kotor, about 5km away.
The beautiful town of Perast is 10km away.

Living room - leather mid-sized sofa bed. Double shuttered doors lead to private terrace. Further double doors and Juliet balcony give views over Dobrota and the Bay. A window provides views to the mountains behind the apartment
Bedroom - double bed, large wardrobe with plenty of storage space. Double doors with shutters and Juliet balcony – lie in bed and enjoy the panoramic views!
Bathroom - shower and WC. Washing machine.
Kitchen - fully equipped for holiday use. Breakfast bar for informal eating. Open plan to living room.

Boka Heights has a swimming pool for guests. The pool is set to the side of the apartments and also enjoys great views over the Bay.

“5 stars. What a view.”
My review is a little late as I expected to receive a request from Holiday Lettings to provide one. I can be short and very sweet. Please read all the 5☆ reviews on the site. They are all " bang on". Communication with Mike is A1. The apartment is lovely , equipped with everything you need. It is well presented and spotlessly clean. The views are just amazing. Remote, the local agents, are first class. Montenegro and Kotor Bay are spectacular. We went a little later than we would have liked and it was very hot but we walked miles, ate and drank well, enjoyed terrific hospitality pretty much everywhere and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Don't hesitate.....book now. Thank you Mike.

“Amazing views”
My husband and I stayed here with our 9 month old baby. The weather wasn’t too great so we didn’t get to take full advantage of the balcony but the views are incredible. Great location just a short walk down to the shore where you’ll find numerous restaurants. Everything you need to stay home and cook. Nice and clean. The owner was really helpful and has lots of recommendations for his guests.
