The condo Is centrally located to the many amenities of the popular and highly acclaimed Cosmo Residences. Take a brief elevator ride down to the ocean front lap and Peninsula pools or a short stroll through the beautifully sculptured gardens to the botanical pools, beach, work-out facility and onsite "Ocean Bar and Bistro".
Swim in any of the 5 well appointed pools during the day or in the late, warm evening. The glow of the amber sconces and a pool floor of color changing led lights, provide for a relaxing end to the day.
Shopping for groceries, liquor and provisions is a short, 55 pesos cab ride away at Super Chedraui (open 8 am to 11pm) or Soriana's as well as many excellent restaurants, marinas, and shops. Our staff will have your taxi waiting in 5 minutes. When you are finished shopping, the taxi drivers will greet you at the store exits and drop you off at your elevator.
24 hour security and the friendliest staff. Grocery shopping available upon request along with information on the sites, activities and tours in Huatulco. 7-10 minutes by taxi to golf course and marinas for boat rentals to tour the secluded beaches of Huatulco.

The construction at the end of the resort is to be completed by the summer of 2019. “11” as it is called, is a separate Cosmo parcel and those owners and guests will not be permitted to use any of our ocean front pools or botanical pools.
