Brand new, modern and fresh 2 bedroom private suite. Located in Dundas, a quaint and picturesque town. To McMaster University: 8 minute drive / 20 minute bus ride (bus is two blocks from the home) / 15 minute bike ride. 15 minute walk to downtown Dundas. Located 45 minutes from Toronto and 45 minutes from Niagara Falls.
The suite is the lower level of a two-unit house. Located in one of the best neighbourhoods in Dundas, and built to high safety standards. The backyard is Hamilton Conservation Land, a beautiful forest with birds, deer, wildflowers, Spring Creek, and walking trails.
Bedroom #1: queen-size bed, nightstand, desk with many drawers, bedside lamp, desk lamp, full closet, excellent-quality mattress.
Bedroom #2: bunk bed with one double bed and one twin bed, desk, night stand lamp, desk lamp, full closet, excellent-quality mattresses.
Washroom: Bath tub with shower, large vanity with cupboards and drawers, toilet, sink, towel rack and robe hook.
Kitchen: Entire kitchen. Full-size glasstop stove and oven, full fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, coffee grinder, and all supplies. Nice-size wood table with comfortable chairs that seats 6, or extends to seat 10. Living room: GAS FIREPLACE, large comfortable couch that pulls out in to a queen-size comfortable foam bed, glider rocking chair with glider ottoman, large hutch with drawers and cupboards, large buffet with drawer and cupboards. TV with Blu-Ray player and FREE Netflix and WiFi! Extras: Nice-sized entrance with coat hooks. Free parking. Large backyard with barbeque, patio table with four chairs. Gorgeous and peaceful forest back beyond the backyard.

You will receive the door code the day you arrive. You may come anytime after 3:00pm. Earlier check in may be possible. Please let us know how we can best accommodate you.
PLEASE NOTE
The home is in the lower level of our family home. We have small children. It is totally quiet from 7:00pm to 7:00am. In the daytime outside of school hours, you will hear some noise, and please let us know if you need us to be quieter.
We are a local family who loves travelling, outdoor exploration, sports, and arts. We would be happy to give you any local information, help with figuring out travel, or need a friendly local hand.
