Enjoy the summer breezes at this quaint cottage with views of Bogue Sound and close access to all the amenities the Crystal Coast has to offer.

Boat dock is available with direct access to sound. Fits boats up to 28-30 feet. Between ICW marker 16 & 17. 4ft center canal at low tide.

Upon arriving, you'll notice the charm of this 3 BR, 2 BA home. As you proceed thru the front door, you will notice the generous living area with plenty of seating for everyone and your first view of the waterway with Palm Trees swaying in the breeze.

Heading down the hallway, you first arrive at a bedroom which will remind you of cruise ships and days gone by. Hop on the full size bed and just relax. On your left is a full bathroom. Going a little further down the hall, you pass another bedroom on your right with a comfy Queen size bed. It has a fresh airy feel, with crisp sheeting. On your left is a full service laundry area. Continuing directly down the hall and your last stop is the Master Retreat with a King Sized Bed and a Super-Sized shower with Dual Shower Heads. Let me also mention that linens and a generous amount of towels are included with each rental.

Returning back to the Living Room and to your left is the Kitchen with all the items you will need to make your stay comfortable. As you peer over the bar, you see another view of the canal.

Continue heading through the kitchen you come out on the Carolina room which has accommodations for another 2 guests and a couch to read that novel you've been waiting to get to. A great place for the kids to hang out as well.

Coming around the sun porch you head back into the Dining Area.

As you proceed outside, the porch invites you for morning coffee or a late afternoon cocktail. An outdoor sofa and chairs will let you enjoy the warmth of the sunshine. A nice grassy yard allows the kids to play while the adults kick back and relax.

A trip down the stairs and towards the dock, you land on a paver patio and have a view of the sound that will cause you to immediately relax. Drop a fishing line, cast net or crab pot in the water and you just might have something for dinner.

You also have the option of dropping your boat in the water a few miles away at a nearby marina and your ready to take off for a day of fishing or boating. Plenty of sand bars encompass the area and with Shackelford Banks and Cape Lookout nearby you'll have plenty to do. Bring the boat back to the deep water dock (canal 4' deep) and you can unload all the goodies you've found throughout the day.

Whether a large family or small, you'll enjoy kicking back and relaxing at this home that feels just like yours.
