Description

Villa "V" is located in a very quiet and natural environment in place Mimice, just 12 km from Omiš, and 37 km from Split. It is positioned at the higher part of Mimice with absolutely open sea and island views. You need a few minutes to get to the lovely pebble beach which is 800m far from the property, and the center of the old place is only a few meters far. Everything is within walking distance so the car is not so necessary but it is recommended.

Villa "V" is furnished with high quality and offers all you would need for a very comfortable and luxurious vacation with amazing sea views from almost every corner of the property.

Villa "V" offers 3 double bed bedrooms, a comfortable en-suite with shower, each with A/C. Two of the bedrooms are on the second floor and they have a terrace with lounge furniture to enjoy sea views. On the first floor (pool level) is a pool area with lounge chairs and grill, and inside of the house is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with dining and living area, toilette with washing machine, and one bedroom with double bed (en suite with shower) and A/C. Through large glass walls, you can enjoy an amazing sea view, or you can stand outside, on the spacious, covered terrace, and with a glass of wine counting the stars.

It is a newly built and really special Villa decorated with a lot of good taste.
