Description

Kings Farm Barn is a beautifully restored listed 18th Century Barn set in 20 acres of private land in the heart of the New Forest National Park, with wonderful views over rolling fields & a fabulous Games Room with Table Tennis, Snooker and Table Football: perfect for family fun!

The Barn has been converted to the highest of standards, solid oak floors, crux oak beams, crisp premium quality bed linen, down pillows and new white crockery. Comfortable and stylish it's the perfect base to explore Summer & Winter!

There is a bright spacious Double Bedroom with a King size bed and the second bedroom has two trundle beds i.e. 2 single beds with pull out full size beds underneath. The Barn is most suitable for 4 but we can accommodate 6 if you don't mind a bit of a squash in the twin room. There is masses of space downstairs and outside!

There is an outside area with a Webber BBQ for dining al fresco with table & chairs, and our guests are welcome to stroll through the fields, we just ask you to bring your own bbq coal. Children can play and kick a ball around. There is masses of parking too.

Getting around

There are cycle trails, Stables for horse riding, fabulous walks and it's easy to drive and park in Lymington, Brockenhurst or Southampton. Brockenhurst & Sway stations are close.

Interaction with guest

We like to meet our guests if we can to hand over the keys personally & tell them about the property and the beautiful New Forest: there is so much to do Summer & Winter. The Barn is adjacent to our home the main house, yet approached separately with its own outside area.We feel it's important to respect each others privacy. We leave a file full of useful information and our recommendations for activities and places of interest from Peppa Pig world for little ones, to the Beaulieu Motor Museum, The Isle of Wight and the best walks and cycle routes.

Very nice place to stay for a family. We decided Xmas'20 wasnt going to be the same this year, hence our booking. Games room kept whole family entertained. The Barn is finished and furnished to a high quality. Owners are very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended, thank you
