Description

CodsView is a bright, spacious and calming holiday house. It has amazing 180 degree seaviews and sleeps 8 people in 4 ensuite bedrooms. All rooms are luxurious and open onto private decks with seaviews. It is a 5min walk to the beach via a nature path.

The house is fully furnished - with everything that you might need on holiday. It has been tastefully decorated as a beach-inspired, relaxing space.

Free/fast unlimited wifi, Nespresso coffee machine, safe parking, double garage. Lovely established garden with large decks. Swimming pool, barbeque & Jacuzzi. Washing machine and tumble dryer.

Pet friendly.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave, 2 fridges, freezer, oven and stove. The Laundry Room has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The open plan dining room and lounge has a flat screen TV, DSTV and DVD player.

Relax in a lovely big garden with splash pool and pool loungers.

This is a safe and secure house with walls on all sides, electric fence, automated gate and automated double garage.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If CodsView (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
