Rénovée avec goût, et de façon contemporaine, elle possède une belle exposition ensoleillée avec une terrasse de 40 m² offrant une vue sur le puy de Sancy.
Située à moins de 200 m du centre ville, elle offre tout le confort pour une famille ou un couple d'amis :
