Cute studio recently renovated in the center of the country, not within the ZTL, therefore easily accessible by car. At 350mt from the sea, the house is equipped with air conditioning, sofa bed for 2 people, hardwood floors, kitchen with oven and a lovely balcony of the village center. Strategic location and comoda.Tutti services are very close (supermarket, pharmacy, port). My accommodation is close to the beach, art and culture, beautiful views and restaurants. My accommodation is suitable for couples. Possibility of additional bed.
