Description
Beautiful and bright house core Ticinese tastefully furnished and away from street noise. Reachable by car up to the entrance door for the loading and unloading, the municipal parking lots are less than 100 m away. The house is very welcoming and is the ideal place to spend your holidays in Ticino. It will be like living in a fairytale even though the malls less than 2 minutes by car and Lugano just 10. Chestnut forest and hiking trails to 50 meters! This is a typical Ticino house built in the '900 and arranged over 4 floors. At the entrance is a sitting room with two large sofas original vintage, LED TV 55 "thermal chimney and then the dining room and the kitchen. The first floor includes a large bathroom and a further bathroom then still above the two rooms and, finally, the attic a large and comfortable open space equipped with air conditioning, two sofa beds, the other LED TV 55 "and a large play area for children and adults. The loft also offers a spectacular view on the Golden Hill on one side and the picturesque square of the other country.
