Description
NO CAR NEEDED! Villa Rocca is at fwe steps from an almost private beach, and short walk distance from restaurants, groceries, bakery and such.
At the entrance floor, open-plan kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar. Living & dining room with double sofa bed, sleeping 2, leading to large garden & terrace.
Staircase with handmade iron banisters leads up to one double bedroom (Bedroom 1) with ensuite bathroom with shower (Bathroom 1) with spectacular views to the sea.
Other bedroom (Bedroom 2) with 2 single beds with view to the garden terrace.
The main entrance from the iron gate through garden of olive and flowers, is private with a beautiful pergola and table for suberb breakfast.
Villa Rocca has its own private spaces, and high standard of comfort and special care to the character of the house with exposed wooden ceilings, very elegant choice of furnishing and distinctive blend of colours.
Extra cleaning and linen is upon request.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for seperately during the stay.
Prices are in euros per weekincluding all taxes, cleaning and linen (once a week, in the changeover day), gardening and WIFI internet.

“Villa Rocca”
Already a fan of Lefkada, I was pleasantly surprised with Villa Rocca on the winding east coast. It is a stone-built, 19th century cottage which has been lovingly updated by owner, Antonella, who is a very approachable, interactive and considerate host. We found her eager to make sure our break was memorable for all the right reasons. Add to this the very competitive out of season price and the week was hard to fault. We would like to visit again.
