Grande maison individuelle, 210 m2,Capacité maximale 11 personnes, complètement rénovée, RDC surélevé, 1er et 2ème étage, avec 6 chambres, 2 salles de bains, 1 pièce WC, 1 salon, 1 salle à manger, 2 cuisines. Tout confort, Wi fi, chauffage central au gaz.
Jardin avec barbecue et parking clôturés, garage.
Capacité du parking : max 3 voitures
(1 ou 2 supplémentaires auprès de l'annexe)

Dans le sejour du rdc se trouve un canapé lit très confortable 160x190.
Le sejour relie la salle à manger au jardin.
Située en périphérie de village, loin de l'axe routier principal, dans la Vallée de Munster au cœur du Parc Naturel Régional des Ballons des Vosges qui englobe le sud du Massif Vosgiens.
Idéal pour de belles randonnées et balades en VTT en foret et au bord des lacs.

Tandis que la taxe de séjour (0,80€ par personne) est à verser à la propriétaire qui la reversera à la communauté des communes.
Le locataire est tenu d'assurer le gite. Il doit vérifier si son contrat d'habitation principale prevoit l'extension villégiature (locations vacances). Dans le cas contraire il faudrait qu'il intervienne auprès de sa compagnie d'assurances pour obtenir l'extension de la garantie ou souscrive un contrat villégiature.
Une attestation d'assurances sera demandée à l'entrée dans le gîte. En son absence il faudra une assurance avec responsabilité civile envers tiers.

* Linge de maison (draps de lit et de bain) bouillis à 60 degrés
* Un nettoyeur pour hygiéniser les pièces remplace l'aspirateur
*Seulement 6 personnes autour d'une table selon les règles du 12 octobre : pour consommer les repas, la table de la salle à manger du rez de chaussée, à côté de la cuisine, est prédisposée pour 6 personnes. Il y en a une autre pour 4 personnes dans le salon au 1er étage, à côté de la kitchenette
