Description

Located on the banks of the river Rance, in the heart of Dinan's historic port area , Millefleurs is a comfortable and stylish ground floor apartment. With a garden giving direct access to the river and tow path , the apartment is perfectly placed to enjoy medieval DInan. A short walk across the old stone bridge brings you to a number of good riverside restaurants,bistros,cafes and a good baker.

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a second small bedroom with two single beds, the second bedroom is best suited for children. Bathroom with bath, basin and WC. There is an open plan kitchen, dining and living room . Granite fireplace with log burner, TV receiving both French and UK TV channels.

Lay Out: 2 Bedrooms, 1 Living Room/Kitchen, 1 Bathroom withWC, Area: interior – 50 sq metres, exterior 100 sq metres.

Tourist tax, electricity bed linen and towels included in rental prices.

We check that the property is clean and ready for you before your arrival , and you can either clean before leaving or our end of stay clean option is 50€

Free on street parking available next to the apartment , or we have a limited number of reserved parking spaces available for a small charge - 20€ per week.

Key box system allows for independent check-in and arrival any time after 4 pm.

We leave locally and are available if you need us , or if you have any questions. We speak English , French and some German.

You can hire boats,canoes and bikes on the port between April and October.

Getting around

There is now a free bus service ( The Dinamo) which links the port area to the historic centre and other parts of the town and the larger supermarkets.

Interaction with guest

We will leave the keys for you in a keybox so you will not need to meet anyone when checking in, and there will be detailed instructions at the apartment on how everything works etc. However , we live close by and can meet you if you prefer, and are on hand if you have any problems during your stay.

“Perfect place to stay in the Port of Dinan”

Had a very enjoyable week’s stay in this excellent apartment. The location couldn’t have been better and the apartment provided everything we needed. It was very well presented with good quality furniture and equipment. The garden was a treat to sit in and watch the world go by. The building had been converted very sympathetically, keeping many of its original features and was charming in that respect. However, this did mean that there was some noise from the apartment above. A small point I know but it could be a problem for some people although it didn’t bother us. I would recommend getting the parking option as it saved us the hassle of looking for on-street parking spaces after our days out. Jeremy and Julia were very welcoming and helpful and were easily contactable if needed.

How do damage deposits work?
