Renovated in 2017, this beautiful chalet by the sea welcomes 5-6 people in Son Serra de Marina, in the north of Majorca.
Spend an unforgettable beach holiday in this beautiful house located in a spectacular setting. Outside you can enjoy the sea breeze in the wonderful relaxation area on the terrace, having a cocktail at sunset. An outdoor dining table will allow you to enjoy the views while you have lunch or dinner, or prepare a fantastic barbecue to enjoy with your family and friends. You can also enjoy the Mediterranean climate in the garden area where the children can play outdoors. The house is located in a quiet and residential area with neighbours around.
The house of 90 m2 is distributed in a single floor and has a Mediterranean style, bright and refreshing, ideal to disconnect for a few days. The living-dining room has two comfortable sofas from where you can watch TV (national channels). The dining area can seat up to 6 people and has sea views. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with ceramic hob, oven and the basic elements for holiday cooking. A bathroom with shower serves the house. Next are the bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower. It is worth noting that this bedroom has no window, but next to it is the en-suite bathroom which has a window with beautiful views of the garden and the sea, so that natural light enters the room. The second bedroom has another double bed, sea views as well as a built-in wardrobe and the last bedroom has a trundle bed and a chest of drawers and the window looks out over the side of the plot. All bedrooms have a fan for cooling. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair are at your disposal. Finally, the house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The house is located in the village of Son Serra de Marina, a very quiet village with basic services, ideal for a family holiday. The beach is sandy and rocky, very shallow and shallow, mainly visited by local families and tourists. You can visit Can Picafort where you will find a wide range of leisure activities, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. A little further Alcudia and its wall and fantastic coves such as Mal Pas and Alcanada.
The fireplace cannot be used.
