Description
The house, in tuffeau stone dates from the 19th Century and dominates the Loire. From the windows, you can see the Castle of Saumur, as it's very close to the property. You can walk to the historic centre of the town in 10min by going through the bridge of the castle.
There are many things to see in the area of Saumur: archaeological sites, art and religious buildings, castles and manor houses, the World of Horses, the windmills, the museums, the Loire, the parks and gardens, troglodytes, the vineyard and wine tasting.
The halles, Place St Pierre, located nearby, will make you discover our regional products. There is also a supermarket within 10 minutes on foot.

If you do not understand the French sixteenth century construction, best is go without historical country! Remember the French aphorism: Liberty, Equality, Fraternity!
