Villa Llum is a beautiful townhouse just a 2 minute walk from the main square in Pollensa old town. Llum means light in Catalan and this is a wonderfully light and airy holiday villa

The owners of this rental property have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The highlight is the charming, large patio with a dining area, barbecue and sun loungers plus an impressive 9 x 3 metre swimming pool (a very good size for a Pollensa townhouse). And if you want some mountain views, just pop up to the roof terrace!

On the ground floor the stylish sitting room really does blend the traditional with the contemporary. This leads to a spacious open-plan designer kitchen/dining area. The furniture and fittings are all very high quality and have been carefully sourced from boutiques across Europe.

This holiday property can accommodate 10 guests and has 5 very tastefully decorated bedrooms: 1 double bedroom on the ground floor, 3 doubles on the middle floor, two can be turned into twin bedrooms, and one of them has its own terrace. The master suite is on the top floor. All of the bedrooms are ensuite and exceptionally comfortable

Within very easy walking distance to lots of local restaurants, cafés and bars and yet offering plenty of outdoor space, this villa offers the perfect mix of days by the pool, followed by dinner at a local restaurant. It really is one of the most popular top of the range townhouses to rent in Pollensa - it is a great base for exploring the local area and is perfect for five couples, or for families
