Description
15 Breezy Hill Villas is one of two villas (Number 5 also) that we have on a small up and coming site in a beautiful hilltop position, affording extensive views of the coast, Mediterranean and Mountain backdrop in the quaint village of Esentepe. The two villas are facing each other at opposite ends of the site's shared pool. The property benefits from only a three minute walk into the village itself. This means a car is not essential as the village has a number of Restaurants eg The Tumba, Remzi’s, Esentepe Restaurant, 3 minimarkets, butchers, bank, post office etc and there is a bus stop in the village giving access to the lovely harbour town of Kyrenia (approx. 25minutes away by car)and beyond. There are also a number of restaurants located at the bottom of the hill which offer a pickup and dropoff service and the food is fabulous to boot!
However, having a car would definitely enable easier access to all the delights Northern Cyprus has to offer – Kyrenia and Bellapais, Famagusta, the Roman ruins of Salamis, fabulous beaches including Turtle Beach and the wonderful golden sands on the Karpaz to name but a few….and for those who enjoy a round of Golf, the fabulous Korineum Golf Club, an 18 hole championship course, which also has a wonderful restaurant and Beach Resort is only a 10 minute drive away.
There is also a larger Supermarket about 5 minute drive from the villa which is very well stocked.
The Villa itself:-
A contemporary 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Detached villa on two floors with air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms :–
Master Bedroom upstairs with wardrobes , ensuite Bathroom with shower over the bath. Access via patio doors onto the large upstairs terrace, benefitting from fabulous views of the sea and pool area. There is also separate access via the landing to the outside terrace.
Downstairs is a light and airy open plan kitchen/dining/living room with 3m height Patio doors giving access to the downstairs terrace which takes you onto a private hedged terrace.
There is another double bedroom with wardrobes and King sized bed and a separate bathroom with shower cubicle. (both bedrooms have hairdryers)
The villa is furnished and equipped to an excellent standard. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, Gas hob/electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle/toaster, extensive range of glassware, crockery and utensils etc for all your culinary needs. There is an iron/ironing board and airer. Bed linen/Towels/Beach Towels/Tea Towels are provided. The lounge area and both bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a large comfortable leather sofa and the dining table seats up to six. For entertainment there is a Flat screen TV with satellite, DVD player and WIFI access.
Outside – there are two sunloungers with cushions and side table on the downstairs terrace as well as 2 chairs, a 2 seater bench with cushions and coffee table on the upstairs terrace. The villa has access to the site's lovely 16 x 4 metre oblong pool with 2 shallow pools suitable for young children. The main pool area is one depth and is accessed via wide steps which can also be used to sit on. It makes for a great daily swim!!
Esentepe is a fantastic base from which to explore all that Northern Cyprus has to offer, or due to the fabulous climate..... just kick back, take time out to relax and enjoy yourself in a most charming and tranquil setting!
