Villa romantica in stile Mediterreaneo su tre piani con 120 mq di terrazze con belvedere mozzafiato sul mare Mediterraneo, sulla splendida Costiera Amalfitana, e i monti Lattari. La villa è situata in una zona tranquilla e privata. Per arrivare alla villa, c'è una stradina pedonale di circa 150metri seguito da 160 scale. Le scale non sono consecutive, sono interrotte da piccoli sentieri tra alberi di ulivi, e vigneti. Assistenza bagaglio compreso nel prezzo. A 100 metri ci sono 2 supermercati, fermata autobus per la spiaggia o per Positano, ristoranti e bar.
Pranzo sotto il porticato, salotto esterno dove sorseggiare un bicchiere di vino sotto la pergola nel giardino magico. Lettini prendisole e doccia esterna con cromoterapia. Gazebo con tavolino e sedie per angolo caffè.
Ampio salotto e sala da pranzo open space con due portafinestra e finestra che donano luminosità. Il salotto è confortevole ed elegante, con maioliche bianche e divani azzurri, con smart TV programmi Netflix, dvd e wi fi. Con 2 condizionatori aria calda e aria fredda. La cucina con finestra e portafinestra con accesso alla terrazza grande, molto luminosa con cucina 5 fornelli, forno e forno micronde, tostapane, lavastoviglie, frigo congelatore. Sala colazione con tavolo e quattro sedie. Bagno con doccia .Al primo piano ci sono due camere da letto entrambe con porta finestra con accesso alla terrazza superiore dove la vista si perde nell'immensità. le camere sono arredate con eleganza e sono dotate di aria condizionata. Nella camere blu c'è la possibilità di dividere il letto matrimoniale in due letti singoli. Bagno con vasca e rubinetto doccia. bidet e lavello. Tutti i bagni hanno asciugamani, phon, bagno schiuma e saponette. Nella dipendance "The Cottage", un piccolo appartamento di 40mq con architettura italiana e mobili in stile shabby chic, c'è una camera da letto con grande finestra, un salottino con porta finestra sulla terrazza un bagno con vasca e rubinetto doccia, e una cucina piccola, con frigo, lavastoviglia, forno e 4 fornelli. La camera da letto e salotto sono dotate di aria condizionata.
All'esterno ampio terrazza con gazebo con tavolino e sedie; inoltre ci sono 2 comode sdraio.

. E' possibile fumare all'esterno in terrazza zona pranzo, zona salotto esterno sotto il pergolato in giardino, in zona caffe sotto il gazebo.

“Can’t describe the view and service.”
