Description

Park View House is South facing with views to Roberts Park, Salts Mill, the River Aire , Leeds Liverpool Canal and distant hills. It offers a tranquil base to enjoy the many attractions this beautiful and vibrant area has to offer. It has a spacious king size bedroom and a bedroom with twin beds. The first floor bathroom/wc has an electric shower over the bath.

Downstairs there is a comfortable living room with WiFi, TV and DVD player and views to the river and park. The newly fitted dining kitchen is well equipped and has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, slow cooker, fridge freezer,drop down TV/CD player and washing machine. ( The interior of the property was fully painted and refurbished in 2017.)

Outside there is a south facing patio with seating area, table and chairs for outside dinning and entertainment with another decked seating area to the rear of the property.

There is an internal bike store for 2/3 bikes.

The property is not suitable for very young children.

“Great Accommodation”

Ideal location for exploring the world heritage site Saltaire and for doing a bit of walking in the area. The house is excellent, immaculate, warm. Parking is tight but manageable. Would visit again.

“Xmas Perfection”

We booked so we could spend Xmas with family and have a family meal. We couldn't have asked for a better venue. The house is well situated near train station which we found useful. The house has everything we could ask for. It is clean well decorated and very well equipped. The owner had very tastefully decorated it for Xmas with a lovely welcome pack. We will definitely book it again.
