Description

•Intimate 13 unit modern condominium complex (completed in 2018)

•Located 100 feet from the beach (Playa La Madera)

•80 foot long infinity pool

•10 minute walk along the malećon and beach to Centro

•5 minute walk to Playa La Ropa, one of the nicest beaches on the West Coast

•Private entrance to the beach

•Casa de Ali is the closest condo to the beach

•Large master bedroom with king size bed and walk-in shower

To reach our casa you will have to walk down 32 stairs. It is located in a large private foyer shared with one other unit. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 32" flat screen HD smart TV, office space, and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, futon, and a private bathroom. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms, and both bathrooms have large walk-in showers. The main living space, including the kitchen and bar, all have views of Zihuatanejo Bay, Playa La Madera, Playa Municipal, and the Pier. There is good WiFi throughout the condo. The main living space is open air allowing for the ocean breeze and sounds to flow through the condo. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, tea kettle, as well as dishes and silverware.

We love the location because it's walking distance to Playa La Ropa, Playa La Madera, and Centro (lots of shopping and restaurants). There is always something going on and something to do. Plus massages on the beach for 200 pesos, beers for 25 pesos, and Happy Hour margaritas for 35 pesos. Life is great in Zihua!

Getting around

There are taxis located in front of the condo complex. A taxi to town or to Sam's Club or the grocery store costs between 40 and 50 pesos. The bus stops in front of the casa and costs 10 pesos to town. The bus from Zihuatanejo to Ixtapa costs 12 pesos. We mostly walk everywhere, but it's so easy to get around on foot, by bus, or taxi.
