Description

This spacious 2 bedroomed terrace house is spilt on 2 floors and is situated in the family orientated Kapparis,an all year round resort on the eastern side of the island.

As the pool, beach, bars and restaurants and supermarkets are all within short walking distance it isn't necessary to hire a car, unless your want to explore the surrounding areas...

Situated in a complex that benefits from a lovely well maintained clean swimming pool . A spacious bathing area with sun beds, giving you sun from dawn till dusk.

As you enter this house, it is spacious and open planned. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, oven and washing machine. There is a dining area with seating for 4.

The lounge area has a pull out double sized sofa bed, so it is possible to accommodate up to 6 people in this house, also provides a flat screen TV , and a DVD player. The lounge area benefits from ceiling fans in and, if required, also offers the facility of air conditioning units, there is also a cloakroom downstairs with a toilet and sink.

Upstairs there are 2 good sized bedrooms, each having built in wardrobes and air conditioning.

The master bedroom has double bed, bedside tables, a dressing table and mirror. The second bedroom has two single beds, and, would be ideal for the kid's room. All rooms have light weight summer covers and throws for the cooler months.

The main focal point of the complex is the large pool area comprising of a large swimming pool right on your doorstep within a safe fenced area. There are sunbeds and parasols available poolside for your use on the sun terraced area making it a relaxing place to spend your lazy days. 

Outdoors at the property, you can enjoy a terraced area at the back, equipped with a built in bbq area, where you can try out the traditional Cypriot charcoal bbq, and also a terraced area at the front of the house.

You also have your own designated undercover parking space which will come in handy if hiring a car. The house is tastfully furnished and equipped to a high standard and there are excellent amenities close by. You can relax from the moment you arrive and feel at home immediately. After busy days spent exploring the area, take a dip in the pool, and then, what better way to start your evening by relaxing at the local bars a restaurants of Kapparis, only a short 2 min walk at the end of the road with a chilled glass of wine and a meal from the numerous restaurants available locally to you, or simply sit on your own terrace with a glass of wine...

Kapparis has stunning sandy beaches, "Fireman's Cove" which is a short walk only 500m from the complex. Although Kapparis is quieter than its neighboring resorts, guests can still sample the livelier Ayia Napa (15 minutes) or Protaras a 5 minute drive from the complex. Fig Tree Bay is 7 km away. Larnaca Airport is 60 km from the property.

Activities in the surrounding area include diving, windsurfing and snorkeling.Fireman's Beach, with snack bars and toilets.
